Gluten-free Keto tortillas!

1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp xanthum gum

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1tbsp water

Add salt to taste

Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender until dough ball forms

Cover in plastic wrap and knead for 1 minute

Let rest for 15 minutes- this is important

Separate into 4 balls and roll out between parchment paper until about 6 inches

Use a bowl to help. You can use the scraps to make a 5th tortilla

Cook in a preheated skillet till desired doneness. Should become white in color. Takes less than a minute.
