Pumpkinpie spice mug cake!!
1 tbsp butter melted 1 egg beaten 1 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp almond flour 2 tbsp powdered sweetener. I used swerve 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon Melt butter and beat egg in separate containers Combine all ingredients together and stir well. Make sure there are no clumps - you do not want flour pockets. Pour into a microwavable mug and make sure it has room to double in size Microwave for 90 seconds Dust with nutmeg to taste or top with your favorite low carb option.
